Free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum.
Each Vonkron bag is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch, so please allow 8–15 business days for delivery (plus 1–3 business days handling). You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Why the wait?
We're not a fast-fashion warehouse. Every piece is chosen for its quality and inspected individually before it's sent — we'd rather get it right than rush it out the door.
Where we ship
We deliver across Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland), Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States — always free.
Customs & duties
Orders may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local authorities. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
Address accuracy & failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address — we can't be held responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us, we'll arrange reshipment.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, contact info@vonkron.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
